• Mapspot® allows you to claim unique 1/2 virtual acre "spots" on Earth, represented as a 100-foot geofence (virtual boundary).

• These "spatial webpages" act as virtual links to your profile, accessible by tapping on them or as other users physically pass through the spots in reality.

• Each Mapspot® account receives one free spot to place, except in select major cities.

• To maintain the integrity of the platform and ensure only one Mapspot® account per player, each device is limited to a single account. In the future, we will implement identity verification (ages 18+ only) for added security.

• Major cities have a one-spot claiming limit per account.

• A minimum distance of 2 miles must separate all spots within a single account.

• Mapspots monthly auto-renewable subscriptions offer unique virtual spaces, similar to virtual land. More spots on the map increase the chances of discovering you and your content.

• Mapspot® subscriptions last 1 month and only one active subscription is allowed per user. Subscription names, acreage, and prices include:

• 1 spot - 1/2 virtual acre - $1.99
• 3 spots - 1.5 virtual acres - $5.99
• 5 spots - 2.5 virtual acres - $9.99
• 10 spots - 5 virtual acres - $19.99
• 15 spots - 7.5 virtual acres - $29.99
• 25 spots - 12.5 virtual acres - $49.99
• 50 spots - 25 virtual acres - $99.99

• Your subscription is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation and automatically renews unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current periods end.

• Active subscriptions cannot be canceled during the active period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or disable auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
